I love Swindon but I am saddened by its demise and cannot stand idly by while this continues. Hearing stories of neighbours' businesses folding, the elderly being isolated and living in fear, and cancelled operations have concerned me greatly. We are a diverse alliance of politically homeless people who have come together as we believe party politics are broken and we need a complete reset by getting back to the basics and putting our community first rather political point scoring. This is truly a genuine chance for change and for the people to take the power back and send a strong message to the failing political establishment that do not speak for the majority of people. My excellent colleagues and I aim to be the ‘Foxes in the Hen House’, to start holding the establishment to account, begin the process of rebuilding Swindon and put the people first, bringing everyone together in harmony and hope."
