My name is Julie and I’ve lived in the Freshbrook area for 15 years, brought up two children and work in the Electronics Industry. I’ve become an Independent candidate because I am passionate about both adult and children’s mental health especially after losing my partner to suicide in 2008. I am against the discrimination of human rights in the current climate and I strongly believe in freedom over fear in our democratic country. It is fundamental to protect our children for they are the future.
